WE HAVE CLASSES FROM 5 YEARS +

Our classes range from 5 years old for our young Rebels. Right through to kids, teen & Adult classes. We also host monthly event classes like "Fight like a girl" for teens and woman's self defence and Odens son for teens and fathers, learning cool Jason Bourne/ John Wick style moves... All our classes are age appropriate and taught by qualified, vetted instructors...

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Kaizen is proud to be affiliated with MyBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. MyBJJ was founded and directed by Professor Mario Sergio Yokoyama, whom received his black belt under the later Ryan Gracie (Grandson of Carlos Gracie). Mario main goal is to continue to promote and preserve the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through his International team.

Their specialised programs are the trademark of all myBJJ schools with a structured curriculum that is second to none. With classes for men, women and children of all ages, experience and technical ability. Using a consistent structure combined with the creativity and innovation the dedicated instructors blend perfectly to create a premium learning environment, geared toward your progression as a martial artist

KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga Global (KMG) is recognized as the single most professional and internationally active Krav Maga organization. It has earned the trust of security services and civilian practitioners alike.

Kaizen offers a structured and practical approach to learning the world’s most effective reality-based self defence system. Our training focuses on efficient methods to acquire defensive tactics and techniques in a safe and friendly environment.

We provide an effective framework to measure progress and ensure our people are challenged and stimulated with learning tactics and techniques that mirror the most common problems faced by good citizens going about their daily lives.

ANIMAL FLOW

Animal Flow is a structured series of animal-style movements that can be linked together to form flows (similar to yoga). It's good for building mobility, strength and developing motor control (something many programs are missing).

Because Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement, it helps improve a range of skills including speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. Our group classes are designed to teach you all the moves and help build them into flows, allowing you to flow from one position to another, opening up the body and using stabilizing muscles.
